Our History

Born out of
urgency

The Committee for the Support of the Palestinian People Foundation (CAPP) was established on December 18, 2007, and is registered in the Registry of Foundations of state competence by Resolution of October 26, 2018, with the assigned Registry number 2116.

Registration entails the recognition of the general interest of its purposes, and it is included among those regulated in Article 16 of Law 49/2002 on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage.

The idea arose as a result of the subhuman living conditions and the international siege suffered by the Palestinian people, with the aim of supporting affected and needy individuals through social, humanitarian, educational, and health aid and services.
