SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The submission of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about FUNDCAPP’s products and services. You must expressly subscribe to our newsletter if you wish to be periodically informed of all products and news.
Failure to provide the requested personal data or to accept this data protection policy makes it impossible to subscribe, register, or receive information about FUNDCAPP’s products and services.

FUNDCAPP is not responsible for the veracity of information that is not self-produced or for which another source is indicated, and therefore assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.
FUNDCAPP is exempt from liability for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided by FUNDCAPP, provided that it originates from sources external to FUNDCAPP.
PURPOSES
The purposes of data collection are to manage donations, aid, and social, humanitarian, educational, and health services to support affected and needy people in Palestine, as well as the sale of products for the same purpose; and subsequent contact with the FUNDCAPP user.

FUNDCAPP will not communicate user data to third parties. However, if data were to be transferred to any company, prior information would be provided before collection, requesting the express consent of the affected party.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The user’s personal data will be actively processed as long as they maintain their status as a user of www.fundcapp.org; that is, as long as they do not revoke their consent or exercise their right to cancellation, erasure, or objection to a specific purpose.
In case of revoking your consent or exercising the rights of cancellation or erasure, your data will be blocked and kept in a restricted manner at the disposal of the competent authorities for a period of 3 years to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing.

The use of the website grants you the status of user thereof (hereinafter, the “User”), and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in the conditions on personal data protection, accepting and consenting to their processing by www.fundcapp.org, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy, in the version published by the “website” at the very moment the User accesses it. Consequently, it is the User’s duty to carefully read this legal notice each time they use the Website, as it may undergo modifications.
In relation to the offer of information society services directly to a minor, the processing of personal data will be lawful when the minor is over 14 years of age by virtue of Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018. When the child is younger, such processing will only be legal if the holder of parental responsibility over the child authorizes their consent, and to the extent that they authorize it.
COMPUTER SECURITY MEASURES
FUNDCAPP has adopted the required security levels for Personal Data protection to guarantee data privacy. However, we have additional means, such as state-of-the-art firewalls, in addition to technical measures like software for encrypting confidential information and access control to personal data, restricted users, security policies, users and passwords that expire as required by the LOPD, and other systems aimed at preventing misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of Personal Data provided to FUNDCAPP.
FUNDCAPP will not be responsible for possible damages or harm that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns, or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond FUNDCAPP’s control; from delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the Data Processing Center (DPC), in the Internet system, or in other electronic systems, as well as damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intrusions beyond FUNDCAPP’s control.
