Audits
External
Each year we commission an independent audit from an external firm. These reports verify that our accounts are accurate and that funds are allocated to what we state.
The 2024 audit is the most relevant given the context: the year with the highest volume of donations in CAPP’s history, driven by the emergency in Gaza. The report verifies that the management of the exceptional funds received during 2024 meets legal and ethical standards, and that the destination of every euro is duly documented.
The 2023 financial year was marked by the start of the emergency in Gaza from October onwards. The audit verifies the proper management of structural cooperation funds during the first three quarters and the correct channeling of the first emergency funds to accredited local partners in the fourth quarter.
The 2022 audit consolidates the transparency cycle launched in 2021. It verifies structural projects in the West Bank—scholarships, infrastructure, family support—and the post-emergency management of funds channeled after the May 2021 conflict. The report certifies that the distribution of funds aligns with the commitments stated to donors and institutions.
First audit of CAPP’s new transparency cycle. The 2021 financial year included the emergency response to the May conflict in Gaza, with urgent funds activated that had to be accounted for to donors. The external audit certifies that all funds reached their destination through verified local partners, with full traceability.
